These Terms and Conditions apply to both our website and mobile application. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Confort Location's website, mobile application, or renting a vehicle from us, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Reservation Process

When you make a reservation through our website or mobile app:

  • You will receive a confirmation number immediately upon submission
  • Our team will contact you within 2 hours during business hours (Mon - Sat: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
  • Your reservation is confirmed once you receive our phone or email confirmation
  • You must provide accurate information including name, contact details, and driver's license number
  • Reservations are subject to vehicle availability

Important: No payment is processed through our website or mobile app. Payment method selection during reservation is for planning purposes only. All payments are made in person at vehicle pickup.

Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Confort Location, you must meet the following requirements:

Driver Eligibility:

  • Minimum age: 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license (must be presented at pickup)
  • License must be held for at least 1 year
  • International drivers may need an International Driving Permit (IDP)

Required Documents at Pickup:

  • Valid driver's license
  • National ID card or passport
  • Confirmation number from your reservation
  • Payment method (as selected during reservation)

Rental Agreement Terms

The rental period begins at the pickup time and ends at the return time specified in your reservation:

  • Pickup: Vehicle must be picked up at the agreed date, time, and location
  • Return: Vehicle must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location
  • Condition: Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted)
  • Fuel: Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup
  • Cleanliness: Vehicle should be returned reasonably clean (interior and exterior)
  • Late Returns: Additional charges apply for late returns (hourly or daily rate)
  • Mileage: Unlimited mileage included unless otherwise specified

Payment Terms

All payments are made in person at the time of vehicle pickup with our agent. We accept the following payment methods:

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Cash: Moroccan Dirham (MAD)
  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Bank Transfer: Must be completed before pickup
  • Check: Subject to verification and approval

Pricing and Fees:

  • Daily rental rates as displayed on our website and app
  • Total amount calculated based on number of rental days
  • Security deposit may be required (refundable upon return)
  • Additional driver fees may apply
  • Late return fees: Hourly rate for delays up to 3 hours, full day rate thereafter
  • Fuel refill charges if returned with less fuel than at pickup
  • Cleaning fees for excessively dirty vehicles
  • Damage repair costs as assessed

Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellations:

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time
  • Late Cancellation: Less than 24 hours - may incur cancellation fee
  • No-Show: Failure to pick up vehicle without cancellation - full rental charge may apply
  • Cancellations can be made via phone (+48 732 098 136) or email (confortlocation@outlook.com)

Modifications:

  • Reservation changes subject to vehicle availability
  • Date/time changes must be requested at least 12 hours in advance
  • Vehicle upgrades available based on availability (price difference applies)
  • Contact us to modify your reservation

Insurance and Liability

Insurance Coverage:

  • Basic insurance coverage included in all rentals
  • Third-party liability insurance included
  • Additional coverage options available at pickup
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) available for additional fee
  • Theft Protection (TP) available for additional fee

Renter Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for all damage to the vehicle during the rental period
  • You must report any accidents or damage immediately to Confort Location and local authorities
  • You are liable for traffic violations, parking tickets, and toll fees incurred during rental
  • You must not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • You must not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
  • You must not use the vehicle for illegal purposes or off-road driving (unless specified)

Vehicle Use Restrictions

The rented vehicle must not be used for:

  • Commercial purposes (taxi, delivery, ride-sharing) unless authorized
  • Racing, speed testing, or driving contests
  • Towing or pushing other vehicles
  • Transporting illegal goods or substances
  • Driving outside Morocco without prior written permission
  • Subleasing or lending to third parties
  • Transporting more passengers than the vehicle's capacity
  • Smoking inside the vehicle (cleaning fee applies)

Roadside Assistance and Support

  • 24/7 emergency roadside assistance available
  • Contact us immediately in case of breakdown or accident
  • Do not attempt repairs without authorization
  • We will provide replacement vehicle or assistance as needed
  • Emergency contact number provided at pickup

Limitation of Liability

Confort Location shall not be liable for:

  • Personal belongings left in the vehicle
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from vehicle use
  • Delays or inability to provide vehicle due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Mechanical failures that occur despite proper maintenance
  • Loss of time, income, or business opportunities

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or your rental agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and mobile app with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
